- Our practice accepts most major PPO insurance plans. Our Front Desk is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We will work with your insurance provider to make sure your coverage meets your needs. We submit dental insurance claim forms for you to maximize your benefits.
- Our practice accepts most major credit cards and more: Visa, Mastercard, Ameircan Express, Discover, Cash, Check, Care Credit, Health Savings Plan
- NO INSURANCE? - We offer our own in-house Dental Savings Plans (A discount plan, not a dental insurance plan)
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 business hours notice unless it is an unexpected emergency. Giving us advance notice give us an opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient to avoid lost time in our schedule. A cancellation fee of may be charged if a patient does not keep or honor an appointment without sufficient notice.
